Questions about plans
- Do I need a card to start?
- No. Sign up with Google or a code sent to your email, and you start on Free. You only pay if you move to Pro.
- What happens when I reach a Free limit?
- Nothing you’ve already shared changes. Claude, or the dashboard, tells you which limit you reached, and nothing new is created. You can archive a collection you no longer need, or move to Pro.
- How do I pay for Pro?
- You can’t yet: Pro is coming soon. When it opens, you’ll pay through Stripe, in US dollars, with the email you sign in with, so we can match the payment to your account. Questions about Pro go to [email protected].
- Does the sandbox count toward my limits?
- Not as a collection: Free gives you one client collection on top of your sandbox. The sandbox’s pages do count toward your page limit.
- What does client acceptance do?
- It puts an Accept button on a page you’ve published to an invite-only collection. Lexill records who accepted which version, so you both know what was agreed. It is a record, not an electronic signature.
- Is anything different for my clients on Free?
- Only the Accept button, which is Pro’s. On both plans your clients read, comment and reply in the same way, on pages that carry your brand, not ours.
