Draft: this text is being reviewed by a lawyer and may change before Lexill launches paid plans.
Client pages on Lexill are published by the businesses that create them, not by us. If a page or an email from Lexill is being used for phishing, spam, fraud, illegal content or anything else that breaks our terms of use, tell us.
How to report
Email [email protected] with:
- the address of the page (it starts with
lexill.com/p/), or the email you received, with its headers if you can; - what is wrong, and why;
- how we can reach you if we have questions (optional).
Don't forward confidential content you don't need to. The address and a description are usually enough.
What happens next
- We read every report, and aim to respond within 2 business days.
- If a page breaks our terms, we can take content down, end its clients' access or suspend the account.
- We don't tell the account owner who reported them without your permission, unless the law requires it.
- We can't share an owner's private content with you, even when we act on your report.
Other requests
- If you are a client with a question about a page's content, contact the business that invited you.
- For your own personal data, see our privacy policy.
- Copyright complaints and requests from law enforcement also go to [email protected].
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police first.
